A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Exercise Scientist, Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Trainer

Hi, I’m Claire!
I’m passionate about helping you feel more connected, more present, more informed and ultimately more free and capable in your life.
A session with me is more than a workout - it’s a checking in with yourself, breathing properly (maybe for the first time in days), focusing your mindset and training to ultimately believe in your body and mind to allow you to live a strong and empowered life.
I’ve been a trainer at some of Melbourne’s top studios, tried and trained in many fitness trends for over 18 years and as I finish up my Exercise Science qualifications and move towards a Masters in Exercise Physiology you will benefit from training that cuts through the fads, is researched, modern, up-to-date, efficient and always based on you as an individual. After teaching thousands of sessions you will benefit from my knack for really seeing bodies, caring about people and how you can maximise all systems to safely thrive long term.
A personal training session could include a combination of fitness training, weight lifting, breath work, yoga, reformer pilates and mindset and is always ultimately designed to grow you towards achieving your personal goals for life.
